Today is a day marked by many anniversaries.
Some are celebrated with early love, some are just another day to add to the year.
I hope that for me, it is a time where I remember that the man I chose to spend the rest of my life with is still breathing and next to me and loves me. I hope I remember that God molded this man and put him in my life. I hope that I realize that the moments I spend with this guy for the rest of the day speak wonders to what we've endured so far. I hope that when I wake up the next morning, I'm still as grateful for the love that infiltrated my life as I was on the day everything changed. Most importantly, I pray that I thank God for loving me first and choosing to manifest that love into a human-being who would love me just the same.
